Always included at Ellinge Castle

At Ellinge Castle, we want our bride and groom to be able to sit back and experience their wedding day to the fullest. You should not have to think about time tables, that things are in place or other details, but instead enjoy, hug and remember the biggest celebration of your life. That is why we have chosen to include as much as possible in our wedding concept.

The rent, regardless of which package you choose, always include:

Exclusive access to the castle and party venue
Hostess on site during your wedding day
Tables & chairs
Chair covers
Crockery, glasses & cutlery
Tablecloths
Linen napkins
Candles between the party venue & the Castle at night

Projector
Microphone
Bar with ice machine
Cleaning of the venue after the party
12 overnight rooms at the Castle
Breakfast for overnight guests

We set the table and prepare everything before the party for a set fee, which you can read more about on each package below.

The day before the party, you have access to the party venue to deliver flowers and drinks as well as the opportunity to put your personal touch on the room with any decorations. The rent also includes the benefit of bringing your drink to dinner and bar. Cost for food and serving staff will be added.

Catering

At Ellinge Castle we do not have our own chef, instead we have a very close collaboration with the catering company Gastrodining. Our collaboration began many years ago when one of our most important conference customers from Lund strongly recommended Gastrodining. It was a fantastic dinner for all guests and there our close cooperation began.

Today, Gastrodining delivers all our conference and wedding dinners. It feels incredibly safe for us that you as a bridal couple are in good hands and get a superb dinner along with the best service during your big day. Gastrodining does not have ready-made menus, but tailors your wedding menu completely based on your wishes.

Their serving staff is well acquainted with Ellinge Castle and helps you with everything from serving a pre-drink to standing in the bar and snacks in the late hours.
