Always included at Ellinge Castle

At Ellinge Castle, we want our couples to be able to lean back and fully experience their wedding day. You shouldn’t have to worry about schedules, whether things are in place, or other details, but instead enjoy, embrace, and cherish your life’s biggest celebration. That’s why we have chosen to include as much as possible in our wedding concept.

Included in the package price:

  • A glass of sparkling wine with refills during the mingle
  • A selection of canapés & savory snacks
  • Three-course dinner
  • Wine package with a glass of wine for each course and refills of the main course wine
  • Rental of the castle & banquet hall
  • Service staff
  • Rental of tables & chairs
  • Porcelain, glassware & cutlery
  • Linen tablecloths & linen napkins
  • Candles & candle holders
  • Projector & microphone for presentation music
  • Cleaning

We set the tables and prepare everything for the party. The day before the party, you have access to the banquet hall to deliver flowers. You also have the opportunity to put your personal touch on the venue with any decorations.

Accommodation

Ellinge Castle offers twelve comfortable hotel rooms that can accommodate up to 24 guests. The rooms are not included in the base price, but if you wish to book an overnight stay, a minimum of 6 rooms must be booked.

Price per hotel room: 1900 SEK

You are our only guests during your days at Ellinge Castle and have full access to the Castle’s lounges and social rooms during your stay. We look forward to being part of your special day and creating a unique experience for your love story.

 

Catering

At Ellinge Castle, we do not have an in-house chef. Instead, we have a very close partnership with the catering company Gastrodining. Our collaboration began many years ago when one of our most important conference clients from Lund highly recommended Gastrodining. It turned out to be a fantastic dinner for all guests, and thus began our close partnership.

Today, Gastrodining delivers all our conference and wedding dinners. It feels incredibly reassuring for us that you, as the bridal couple, are in good hands and will have a superb dinner along with the best service on your big day. Gastrodining does not have set menus but tailors your wedding menu entirely based on your preferences.

Their service staff are familiar with Ellinge Castle and will assist you with everything from serving welcome drinks to running the bar.

Drinks

Our wedding package includes a beverage package tailored to your chosen menu. The package includes 1 glass of sparkling wine with refills during the mingle, 1 glass of wine per course for dinner, and a refill of the main course wine. There are different wines to choose from for each course, and we are happy to provide suggestions on which ones best complement your menu. If you prefer other wines than those available in the beverage package, it’s possible to upgrade the package for an additional cost.

We would like to inform our guests that all beverages, including alcohol, are exclusively provided by Ellinge Castle starting from January 1, 2025. It is not permitted to bring your own drinks to any of our events.
