At Ellinge Castle, we do not have an in-house chef. Instead, we have a very close partnership with the catering company Gastrodining<\/a>. Our collaboration began many years ago when one of our most important conference clients from Lund highly recommended Gastrodining. It turned out to be a fantastic dinner for all guests, and thus began our close partnership.<\/p>\n Today, Gastrodining delivers all our conference and wedding dinners. It feels incredibly reassuring for us that you, as the bridal couple, are in good hands and will have a superb dinner along with the best service on your big day. The package includes 1 glass of sparkling wine with refills during the mingle, 1 glass of wine per course for dinner, and a refill of the main course wine. There are different wines to choose from for each course, and we are happy to provide suggestions on which ones best complement your menu. If you prefer other wines than those available in the beverage package, it’s possible to upgrade the package for an additional cost.<\/p>\n We would like to inform our guests that all beverages, including alcohol, are exclusively provided by Ellinge Castle starting from January 1, 2025.
